Skipping Rocks

Selene smiled upon getting to Victory Lake. She remembered when her father took her here when she was young.

She sat down at the waters edge and undid the holsters of her beretta's laying them beside her. She grabbed a handful of pebbles and threw one. It skipped gracefully along the water before loosing momentum and going under.

She heard a twig snap behind her she spun around. Nothing. She laughed slightly "I am so paranoid" she said quietly skipping a few more rocks.

She shrugged off the noises but eventually the snapping became to close together, louder. She grabbed her berettas and quickly snapped back on her holsters. She walked to the nearest tree and lifted herself into it. After climbing a few branches she took out her guns and pointed them in the general direction from where she heard the noises.

Cloud looked over the ledge to see a girl being paranoid, in a tree. Cloud smirked and made his appearance a secret. He flipped up his hood that was attached to his sleeveless vest-jacket. He smirked and double kicked a intruding zombie in the chest, kicking smoke off of him. It didnt hurt him one bit--why?

Cloud smirked and got his gun. This was no zombie--it was a tyrant. Cloud smirked until the tyrant pushed him. Unfortunately, there was a waterfall behind him. The tyrant pushed him and Cloud fell over the waterfall.

What the tyrant didn't know as he stood there laughing, was that Cloud held onto a rock.

As he heard the tyrant laughing in victory, Cloud thrusted himself up, flipping into the air. As he twirled up, the foot that came towards the ground first, kicked him in the back and knocked him down the waterfall.

When Cloud landed on the ground, he smiled. But then as he looked behind them, he seen a whole swarm of zombies. Cloud ran and gracefully fell off the ledge. As he fell he spread his arms like a bird and arched his back, closing his eyes as the breeze hit his face. It was nothing for him, he was used to this.

As he was about to hit the water, he stuck his feet between to rocks, appearing to the human eye as him hovering in mid-air. He smirked and kicked off the rocks, backflipping, just to land on top of them. He turned into his wolf form and jumped to land, then turning back.

Selene turned towards the waterfall in time to see someone fall from it "what the fuc-Ahhh" she yelped. Graceful as always, as she watched in shock she let go of the tree branch she had been holding, she fell hitting quite a few branches on the way down. She groaned sitting up wiping the blood from the back of her head. "And I thought the zombies were bad..."

Cloud was crouching on the ground when he seen the girl fall. He flipped up and walked over to her, helping her up.

"You alright?", he asked.

Selene stood taking the mans help before dusting herself off "a bit of blood loss never hurt anybody" she said grinning slightly

"Selene Hyran" she responded before dropping her glaze to the ground, searching it before running her foot through some long grass stopping when she heard a click. She bent down and picked up her berettas and holstering them.
